How can counselling help?

If you are struggling with difficult emotions or an addiction, counselling can help you to get things off your chest. Talking about negative thoughts and feelings can enable you to find better ways of dealing with your situation and reduce anxiety levels.

Need help with anxiety, panic, depression or an addiction?

Therapeutic intervention can support your recovery from anxiety, depression or an addiction by helping you to understand the underlying issues and developing your strengths.

I have specialist training working in the field of addiction. I understand that living with an addiction can be very stressful and battling with uncontrollable desires can feel relentless. Many people are left feeling, anxious, stressed, angry, fearful, depressed, empty and lacking in confidence.

As part of my therapeutic programme I offer cognitive behavioural therapy which can help to break the upsetting cycles of anxiety, depression and/or addiction. Cognitive therapy develops alternative ways of thinking and behaving which can help you to reduce your psychological distress.
